How long will you take to dispatch my order?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm are usually packed and sent out the same day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders are dispatched on Mondays. At exceptionally busy times, Bank Holidays etc, please allow an extra day. If you need delivery quicker than that please call 00447919406005. Before checkout so we can arrange a faster service.
What does delivery cost and how long will it take?

In certain circumstances you may need something delivered within a strict time frame, please contact us and we will endeavour to organise a special delivery.

- orders £100-299.99 = £10 delivery charge
- orders £300-499.99 = £20 delivery charge
- orders £500-699.99= £30 delivery charge
- orders £700-999.99=£50 delivery charge
- orders over 1000 will be shipped for free

How can I get a tracking number?
For Standard Delivery Heavy and both Fast shipping services, we will send you a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email if one is applicable. Some of our services use Royal Mail and are not trackable, although we do obtain Proof of Posting for all orders.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Because of our quick turnaround time, please check your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and email us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will do everything we can.
Please ALWAYS check your order confirmation carefully anyway, to ensure you have ordered exactly what you intended to.
